Rentable Property Management is fabulous! My tenants experience is incredibly important to me when searching for a property manager. Issues/repairs are addressed in a timely fashion and common sense practice about those repairs are applied from an owner standpoint. The portal is incredibly easy to use. Rentable Property Management was able to assist us in the purchasing of four homes that they now manage. They were knowledgeable enough about the real estate market to accurately predict the monthly rental amount we would receive in each home. This is a big deal. We have purchased rental homes before with the assistance of another property management company where this did not happen. Home repairs and issues with tenants are handled professionally and quickly. They offer personalized service, so you don't have to wonder about who's handling what aspect of your rental. The other management company we go through (in a different market) is a revolving door where we never seem to talk to the same person twice and we're frequently in the dark on what is happening. We have been dealing with Rentable Property Management for years now, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Rentable Property Management is very professional and on top of any issues that have come up. I have other properties in other parts of the country and I wish those property managers were as responsible.

Rentable has managed my rental properties for over 4 years. They  are always extremely punctual, offer great advice when needed and provides the value that is SO RARE to find in a property manager. As a landlord, owning physical rental properties can sound daunting or time consuming. They make owning profitable rentals worth it. Without them I'd likely sell my portfolio and buy into some REITS.
